Adell Polymers, located in Petersburg, West Virginia, is equipped to produce order quantities from truckload to railcar.  The plant includes bulk handling storage capabilities, a railroad siding, and a complete physical testing laboratory.

The Petersburg plant includes 90mm and 130mm Werner & Pfleiderer Twin Screw extruders.
The Petersburg output is both proprietary and custom compounding with the proprietary materials consisting mostly of polyolefins.

The Petersburg laboratory has complete physical testing capabilities.   Including:

Tensile strength, and modulus, flexural strength and modulus, Izod impact, Gardner and Dart impact, Rockwell hardness, filler content, specific gravity, solution viscosity, moving viscosity melt index, melting point, moisture and volatile content. Injection and compression test plaques are available.  Dispersion and gel count can be performed on extruded strips.  Analysis via FTIR spectrophotometer, UL 94 flammability testing, Hunter color analyzer and long term heat aging are available.
