The main plant and corporate headquarters are located in Baltimore, Maryland. In addition to a Pilot Compounding Facility which is available for use by customers, the Baltimore facility produces materials in order sizes of truckloads or less. The Baltimore plant utilizes multiple Werner & Pfleiderer Twin Screw extruders in the sizes of 57mm (Pilot/Customer Service Lab), 70mm, 90mm, and 92 mm. Pelletizing is accomplished by strand, underwater and strip dicing. The Baltimore plant output is both proprietary and custom compounding.

The Customer Service Pilot Lab is fully equipped with small scale production equipment to help our customers to develop new products, as well as to develop extrusion processes.

The Baltimore facility has a complete physical testing laboratory.
