CUSTOMER SERVICE LABORATORY

As a special service, Adell makes its Pilot Compounding Facility available to test the processing characteristics of experimental formulations or to produce small-scale production quantities.  This capability allows a cost effective and efficient transition to full production.
The pilot facility includes two twin-screw extruders with versatile auxiliary equipment.   Customers have access to complete testing facilities to measure the physical properties of its compounded materials.
Customers using the Pilot Compounding Facility benefit from the ready access to Adell's staff of technicians and engineers, armed with years of experience in solving the toughest compounding problems.
