IF-110-BK (Let-Down 2:1)*
Adell Plastics' IF-110, a flame retardant impact polystyrene
concentrate, is a cost effective material to be used in high impact polystyrene
applications where UL rating of V-0 is critical.
The concentrate is typically mixed with HIPS at a ratio of two parts of base resin
with one part of IF-110 to obtain a V-0 rating at 1/16" for the molded product.
The physical properties of the concentrate have been engineered to produce molded
parts from HIPS and the concentrate blend that have properties similar to those molded of
HIPS.
Typical applications include electrical appliance housings, computer housings, and
TV cabinets.
