Adell Engineering

There are engineers at all our facilities and a corporate engineering department in the home office. Adell's mission is to effect a partnership with its customers to insure their success in the marketplace. To implement this, Adell offers custom compounding rates from 100 lbs/hr to 5000 lbs/hr.  We are able to produce pilot quantities of product as well as hopper car quantities. Each custom compounding project is developed from pilot plant stage to full production under the guidance of a project engineer.  Only when the process is fully certified to be commercial, is the responsibility turned over to production management. Our engineering department has the capability to optimize extrusion and auxiliary equipment and to tailor equipment to specific applications. Our multi-plant facilities can respond to customers' needs in times of extreme demands or in emergency situations.  We have process engineers at all facilities to insure product quality and process efficiency.  All our plants have SQC and SPC capabilities. Our 41 years of compounding expertise allows us to assist the customer to produce his products at the highest quality and efficiently.
